We visited the fine cathedral and explored the charming local shops. The hotel was amazing location, and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast was amazing, and we loved the cozy lounge area. A great spot for our group!
The room was very tiny, a bit cramped for moving around.

Comfortably clean rooms showcased really good historical charm.
The room was cramped. The shower room was uncomfortably small and not well thought out. The heavy doors were a nuisance, especially after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel is comfortable and has all the facilities we required for a stay of a few days. It is clean and the staff very helpful. It is very well placed for visiting the main sights of the City - Cathedral, Museums etc which are easily accessible on foot. I would come here again.
Parking is clearly a problem in Rouen. We were a group of 6 in 2 cars but the hotel only had garaging for one of our cars. The City could do with a park-and-ride facility for visitors in cars. That certainly would have kept us out of the one-way traffic system

Great air conditioning, but the bathroom was really tiny for my needs.

The location was very central to the shops and cathedral
The closest car park (Bourse) where we initially parked we subsequently found out from reading the hotel in room literature is shut on a Sunday so we had to find alternative parking which was a few streets away. The hotel also appears to be close to a nightclub so it was quite noisy during the night/early hours.

This place was much nicer than what I expected it to be for what I paid. Great location, friendly staff; everything that I needed for my short stay in Rouen.
